went to bed at 7 pm last night! I typically don't get in bed until after 11 pm. After a week and a half of revival at church, I was TIRED. I love going to bed early, but seldom do. How late do you typically stay up? Can you tell a difference in your school work when you go to bed early or stay up extremely late? Explain.

I really cant tell a difference but i try to go to bed early but rarely do because of basketball school and work
